Consumer Affairs

The Office for Consumer Affairs within the   is composed of three directorates:

- The Complaints and Conciliation Directorate assists consumers and mediates between consumers and traders
- The Enforcement Directorate monitors adherence to legislation within the Office for Consumer Affairs Act
- The Information, Education and Research Directorate for consumers’ education and good trading practices
